Greg Moir

Greg Moir is a chef with over 25 years of experience. He trained as a chef in classical French and modern European cuisine and has worked in fine-dining restaurant Launceston Place for 5 years before working at Nobu in Park Lane, he then moved to The Sugar Club and The Providores for 6 years under chef Peter Gordon. Greg has also worked as a chef in private households before gaining experience in event catering and starting his own business in 2011.
